Staging dashboard and session diagnostics

The staging dashboard at app.voicethere.dev now exposes richer session diagnostics for builders testing voice agents before production.

What changed

• Project metrics — monthly usage progress, queue wait averages, and credit-pack checkout from the project overview.
• Session detail — billable duration, STT/TTS meter breakdown, and finalize counters on each session page.
• Usage dashboard — org-wide charts with project filters and zoom controls.

These surfaces help you validate cost and latency before pointing real traffic at a project. Full API reference remains in Control plane API.
