Higher code editor typings pack limits

Typecheck and compile in the dashboard Code tab collect dependency .d.ts files into a JSON typings pack for Monaco IntelliSense. We raised the per-plan caps so larger dependency trees fit without hitting the limit as often.
New limits

These caps apply to the stored typings JSON only. They do not cover your saved source files or compiled agent.js. Source size limits are unchanged.

Try it
- Open the VoiceThere dashboard and a project → Code tab.
- Add npm dependencies in
package.json, Save, then Typecheck or Compile.
